ZZPerformance was first established in September of 2001 with one product and a few guys with some big ideas.. After the success of our larger bore throttle body, word spread on the internet, demand was high, and business exploded. Within 3 years of operations, ZZP had surpassed a million in sales. In 5 years, ZZP became the largest supplier of aftermarket parts for the 3800 platform and began to expand into other markets. In late 2005, ZZP added the popular Ecotec platform to our program and continue to develop parts in that market with the eventual goal of being the #1 supplier in that market. In 2010 ZZP took the #1 spot in the Ecotec market and added the Chevy Cruise to the lineup. Today ZZP is located in Wyoming, MI. Occupying over 30,000 sq ft, we are the world’s largest supplier of aftermarket performance parts for the Wbody and Ecotec platforms providing industry leading customer service and support. Customer Service Team

Kyla joined ZZP in 2007 and serves as ZZP’s Director of Sales and Customer Service Operations.  Kyla came to us from the East side and is the youngest of our management team.  Upon joining us, Kyla quickly applied the tools that she developed while attending Grand Valley State University and simultaneously working in Hospitality Management.  She was vital in putting ZZP on the map as the leading customer service team amongst the vendors in our vehicle platforms.  Currently, Kyla develops the promotional programs, sales literature, and employee training programs that are imperative to creating sustainable day to day business operations on site. Kyla remains active in sports and community.  She was a member of the GVSU Cheer team and currently coaches at Allendale High School.  Kyla is also a die hard fan of the New York Yankees.

Vanessa has been involved with ZZPerformance for 10 years. She currently is in charge of all Accounts Payable/Receivable, and oversees the company’s Human Resources operations.  Vanessa’s dedication to ZZP started back when the company was nothing more than an idea. She signed on with Zoom and initiated many of the basic business operations from the very start in bookkeeping, order processing, phone sales, customer service, and record retention. Vanessa accomplished all of this while simultaneously obtaining her Cosmetology license.

 

Vanessa demonstrates a competitive nature, as she currently holds records in racing 12.6 ET in a naturally aspirated GP. She has been featured in well known auto magazines for her accomplishments.

 

The creative versatility she possesses inspired Vanessa to establish her own line of women’s handbags and accessories. Here at ZZP, she has implemented a conservation awareness program amongst employees. In doing so Vanessa designed a kitchen/breakroom that not only cuts down on waste but also helped save money. That great vision and resourcefulness has led her in to putting together phenomenal company parties and event. Vanessa has a wide array of passions that have contributed to her being a perfect fit at ZZP.

Tim Beek is our Install bay manager, and helps in purchasing, customer service and sales departments.  Additionally, Tim personally works with our VIP customers on their major performance builds.    Tim joined ZZPerformance during its very early stages and was ZZP’s first full time employee hire.  Respectively known as “Turbo Tim” on the Forums and amongst ZZPerformance’s active customer base; Tim has dedicated much of his life to Going Fast,  both as a hobby and a career.  He has owned a few of ZZPs race cars that are well known and hold records.  The most known ones are his 2000 turbo Grand Prix GT that made 478whp and the 2005 Saturn Redline which made 400whp on the dyno .
