Order Verification

If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address or you are placing an order with a PayPal account that is flagged as "Unconfirmed" we will require additional documentation in order to ship your order to the desired address. Although this may delay your order it adds an extra layer of security to your account. Please follow the instructions provided below for your method of payment. We will usually only ask for this information once, so future orders will ship without interruption.

At this time, we are unable to verify orders over the phone.

Please include your order number(s) in the email to prevent any further delays in processing your order.

Instructions for Orders Using a Credit Card

In order to send your order to the desired address, you will need to download the Credit Card Authorization Form and prepare a copy of your ID or a bill with your name and current billing address (This address should match the billing address of your credit card). Please DO NOT send a copy of your credit card as this is not a valid form of identification!

You can scan or take a clear picture of these documents and send them to verify@zzperformance.com or fax to (616) 532-5110.

If you do not wish to send in this information we can ship your order to the billing address instead without further delay. You can email us at verify@zzperformance.com to let us know of your decision. Please note that if your billing address is a P.O. Box we may not be able to send your order to that address.

Instructions for Orders Using PayPal

If you wish to send your order to an address that is flagged "Unconfirmed" by PayPal, you will need to download the PayPal Authorization Form and prepare a copy of your ID or a bill with your name and current billing address.

You can scan or take a clear picture of these documents and send them to verify@zzperformance.com or fax to (616) 532-5110.

If you would like to use a confirmed PayPal account or change your payment method, please notify us at orders@zzperformance.com.

If you do not wish to send in this information we will be unable to ship your order and will have to issue a refund. You can email us at verify@zzperformance.com to let us know of your decision.

Attention Military/Government Employees

Your Military/Government ID will NOT be accepted as a form of identification! It is illegal to make photocopies of such identification under Federal Law--Title 18, US Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701.

If we receive any copy or copies of Military/Government ID(s), they will be immediately destroyed and you may have to re-submit your verification information which will further delay your order.
